This fails for me also, now with Virtual PC 7. I have a Palm Tungten E (USB hotsync), and *no* hotsync software on the Mac, just under Windows XP under Virtual PC. When I was at Virtual PC 6.1.1, I got it to work briefly after uninstalling and reinstalling all the Palm software, rebooting in between, etc., and then I started playing with settings in Hotsync. When I changed the Local Serial from COM1 to COM2 (or perhaps the other way around), it worked for about two days, then stopped. I have never had it working again. |
