I also have the same problem, Iam not able to Synchronise my 9500 with Outlook. Frankly Iam not happy with my 9500 communicator.

  I can't synchronise NOTES from Outlook to my 9500 communicator. The option is dimmed in PC suite. Anyone have a solution ?
