I Have the same problem of Synchronizing my 9500 with outlook. Help Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks.

  I have the same problem but have 2 work arounds. First, you can export your notes to an excel file and save to the 9500. Use sheet to view the file. Second, I like this one better, use the Task function and sync to the 9500. You can also import into outlook tasks from the excel file created in the first part. On the 9500, go into calendar and change view to t0-do-lists. I know its not perfect but I use notes for a lot of things and now I have less frustration.

  I've not had any problems with the synching.
  try to download the latest PC suite from Nokia.
  FYI I have contact database has about 2000++ contacts. So the problme is with searching for the number.....
  
  It would help if you could upgrade the firmware to the 4.51 or later versions.
