I have a canpous and I've been capturing with imovie (since most footage needs brightening) and then exporting. the 50+ formats of Hack Tv are nice though. I cannot get real full screen - is it my video card or is that the current limit? There is a new canopus that allows contrast adjustment on the fly but the signal passes through canopus capture software first. BTW, the step by step is great - I forgot about Hack TV.

  I recompiled the code and added 3 more resolutions (1024x768, 1280x1024, 1600x1200). These resolutions are supported by my video card/monitor. It's not completely a Full Screen mode because the menu's are still around.
  
  I might look into methods for hiding them but it's fine for now.
  
  The changes need to be made in main.c and hackTV.r, plus a few other things.
