O'Reilly is devaluing the term 'hack'. Starring mail and applying labels makes one a hacker? Is this the level of information I can expect to find in the '... Hacks' series of books?

  I think I owe everyone an explanation and an apology. When I first wrote this article (it was quite some time back), much of the information is still new and hence with some tinkering I thought some of the information is not so obvious to some people. My apologies if I used the "hacks" term too loosely.
  
  In any case, I don't think it is fair to use just this article and tarnish the good image of the Hack series of books.
