Hello. I would greatly appreciate some help in this matter. I am trying to fix a problem with a printer. It is not printing anything from file except when I command it to print from DOS. I think the problem has to do with an IP Address, but I don't know how to change it or add one to it. If you could email me back with a response I would be greatful. Thank you and have a great day.   My stand alone (attached to single machine) printer does not print. The message is:
  "The document failed to print" and in the job status tab it shows "error".
