Hi!
LittleSnitch happens to be one of my regular (and, might I add, favorite) applications. It is true that, as the article mentions, Skype's login procedures are very "messy" and involve connecting to a lot of servers in various places.
As far as my research shows, these addresses correspond to computers or servers that Skype contacts to gather network-related information (i.e. the user directory, your SkypeOut status...) and to log you into the network (i.e. notify others that you logged in)...
