I'm a musically inclined person who often considers trying to make/record music with my PC - I think I talk myself out of it because of the daunting thought of having to learn and manage the vast amount of nuance of that thread of my life when I have enough info-overload already...nevermind the cost of buying cards, cables, control thingy's etc. Simplify this whole mess - make it easier for the newbie to get into without a huge barrier to entry.
