Thanks Derrick, I've had my eye on this printer. Have you tried it with PS Elements 3 ? My Dad might be interested in it too, if it was easy to get good results from PSE.

  I didn't test it specifically with elements, but I'm very confident that it will work beautifully with it. I've never had a problem with elements 2 (or the new 3) with things that work with "regular" photoshop.
  
  I'm on the road right now, but if you want I can test printing with elements early next week when I'm back home.
  
  Anyone else tried it?
