Building the Perfect Bleeding-Edge PC, Part 1
Subject:   My System

I was fortunate enough to win an AMD Athlon FX53 64 Bit CPU from the AMDEdge newsletter monthly contest. So I was "forced" to build a new system.

MSI K8N Neo Platinum MB
(2)Crucial 512MB PC3200 DDR BL6464Z402
Antec TRUE480 ATX Power Supply
ThermalTake A1838 Silent Boost K8 CPU Fan
CoolerMaster Praetorian Aluminum Case
Seagate Ultra ATA 80GB HD 7200RPM (soon to be upgraded to SATA)

Most components choosen because of AMD reccommendations and limited selections available.

I have it running on Windows XP Professional 64 Bit. So far finding drivers is the biggest challenge on top of a Beta OS.

Can't wait for your next installment!
