how do you assign a shortcut to the Nth identical submenu entry?


for example, the in Mail application has menu entries:

Mailbox->Get New Mail->account
Mailbox->Synchornize->account


I want to add a shortcut to synchronize account, but when I add a shortcut for 'account' in keyboard shortcuts it shows up next to account in the Get New Mail submenu.


is there some way to tell keyboard shortcuts the whole menu path?
