What a wicked article Clay. If we googlify the idea, could a city's chances to grow be "measured" by how much people on the outside contact people in the city (inbound links)? If the Fortune 500 CEOs make phone calls to a certain city, is it likely the city will grow? I know I'm taking this a bit too far but I couldn't resist posting it:-)
