The question is not so stupid as it seems.
I always use my Powerbook in airports or expos where there are wireless access for moving users, and there is no need to know the Network id in order to access the network.
It is strange i can't access wireless networks on the go without knowing the name, usually i check the name while i check if there are access points available. This function should be added to the Xircom module.
Any idea?
