The main problem with p2p is performance. I was wondering how JXTA was doing all this neat stuff and being p2p, but JXTA really isn't p2p at all. If you need to look to any single point for information, such as a 'hard coded rendevoux(sp)....' then you have a single point of failure that i'm sure violates some commandment of p2p, or at least the spirit of it. we're not going to have good p2p stuff until this problem is resolved.
