Typographical errors in extensions.conf segments of example

As pointed out by sharp-eyed Jef Waltman, there are typos in the extensions.conf file. There are missing curly-brackets around one of the variable names. As an example, the line: exten => _1XXXXXXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/$EXTEN@iconnecthere-1) should be: exten => _1XXXXXXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@iconnecthere-1) This error occurs on almost all instances of ${EXTEN} in the example - this is what you get when you run macros on an example script AFTER you make sure it works... my apologies.
