| I have had two Treo 300's and both lids have broken completely off. I can't get any "customer service" from Sprint or Handspring. The Sprint store said there is a known problem with the lid hinge, but that MY particular problem wasn't covered under warranty!! BS if you ask me. I've been trying to get help for three months now. The website, the store, over the phone. The first phone lid broke at 5 months. The replacement phone's lid broke at five months again. But my problem is not a warranty problem... | ||
