Dear God, please, no, not inline autocomplete! I desperately wish I could turn off that wretched misfeature in Safari. Every time I'm typing a URL, Safari stupidly completes it to something that, 90% of the time, I don't want it completed to, so I have to delete the excess cruft before submitting it. The form of autocomplete where it doesn't do anything until you arrow down into the menu is far, far preferable. FAR, I say. Swearing at the browser often offends. |
