Actually, that remark is relevant for both 1.3 and 2.0, as is everything else in the article.


I always make a point of things which are different between 1.3 and 2.0. Everything else can usually be assumed to be the same between 1.3 and 2.0. In this case, *everything* in the article works on 1.3 and 2.0.
