I've been trying to send email to the author using the address given on the routeword site; all my messages bounced ("Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an SMTP connection") after eight days in queue. Can someone ask the author to look into this? It might be a problem on my end -- I'll try again -- but I figured it was worth mentioning.

    Can you provide any more info? I've received a number of emails at andrew@routeword.com with no problems. (Of course, there could always be unknown unknowns that I'm unaware of!)
