Folks can shoot down "P2P" as much as they want, but the research and the ideas and the new and different uses of technology will continue. Having the label just makes it easier for those of us interested in the research and the ideas and the new and different uses of technology to find each other, find material of interest ... and find conferences we want to attend.

Really, P2P is nothing more than becoming really efficient with our use of the Internet.
