i'd rather see the command run from a webpage on the local intranet. Most corporate users are not comfortable with the command line interface whatsoever. Could have a ssl encrypted webpage with a button they click to generate the proposed passwords and put them on the screen. The generation would run on the "server" and be encrypted during transmission to the user at the other end.
