That's a great idea...though a bit more complicated (to me, anyway). There's definitely more than one way to cache this info. This article mentions ways to do it with scripting, but you could do it at the web server level as well. Also keep in mind that not everyone has this sort of access to the server--while anyone can throw some JavaScript into their HTML. |
