  Edit (as the superuser, i.e., by sudo) the file /etc/sshd_config: find in it the line saying
  
  # X11Forwarding no
  
  uncomment it and change "no" to "yes." Then restart the ssh daemon by typing:
  
  kill -1 `cat /var/run/sshd.pid`
  
  (note backward quotes).
