The message I get from this is that Corel is supposed to port dot net to *nix. Excuuuse meee. I bought Corel Word Perfect Suite for linux a few years ago. I thought, oh good, commercial software on the linux environment. I have to support this. What did I find out? They didn't port software to linux. They just ported it to CodeWeavers WINE. And they didn't excell at that. The message I get here is that Microsoft wants to expand into the Linux market, but doesn't know who else to turn to. |
