The following anchor is a javascript bookmarklet you can drag to the MSIE toolbar to display the table layout of the currently veiwed webpage. I'm not sure if it works in NS4 or Ns6/Mozilla, but doubtless something similar can be whipped up for the other browsers with little effort.

Any CSS-Anarchist Cookbook recipe can be turned into a bookmarklet by copying it into the cssText single-quotes, as above.
