I have a master degree in Life Science with specialization in genetics and i have passed java certifications. what kind of job related to java and bioinformatics should i expect in North America? where can i find more resources on java and bioinformatics?

  try bioinfomatics.ca for job postings in canada. for more info on java and bioinformatics, try reading the ensj or biojava tutorials and api docs. alternately, pubmed searchs (www.pubmed.com) yield a variety of published bioinfo java apps (a search for "java" and "bioinformatics" delivers ~50 results).
