I made a database of ideas, not just related to software, called http://ideaexplore.net, which is open to the public to use and contribute. Here's an example of a software idea which was implemented through this site, which I suppose would qualify as an example of the lazyweb: http://www.ideaexplore.net/uses/use1.php


I hope more people participate by submitting their ideas and implementing those that they find useful.
