Blue tooth seemed to be nothing more than talk,"vaporware". But, now it is available! I must use wireless email to recieve my work orders, so uptime is paramount.I've been using SprintPCS since November 2002. I tried connecting my laptop to my Sprintphone, but logging on to the Sprint Network with my laptop going thru the phone was sporadic, but then I just used my Lg5350 Sprint phone only and read my work orders right off the little screen on the sprint phone. This last setup worked almost every time! I've since upgraded from the nice LG phone to the Sanyo 8100 PCS camera phone, not for the camera, but for the incredible screen on the sanyo. The sanyo works great, but I like spending money<grin>, so I'm considering the Compaq Ipaq 5450 PDA with bluetooth($700), but Sprint does not yet have any phones which are B.T. enabled, but atleast I'll have a pda that will be able to use B.T.. My Sprint contract will expire in November '03, but I like the "3G" data network that in the begining was only giving me speeds of 25k, but now has increased to 50 to 70k, with 125k possible in the future! btw, I live in the Philadelphia /New York area so my coverage is (as it should be) great.
