To be honest, I have never run into anyone who uses Google because of the "intangibles." I have run into many, many people who use it for one reason: it is an outstanding search engine. It is not only the best thing going, it stands head and shoulders above any other search engine. I'm a Web Manager and I never bother with anything else, and neither do my co-workers and others I know.


That's my 2 cents worth...you get what you pay for.
