I've experienced this same problem on one (and only one) of my systems. I cannot reproduce the problem on other systems. Apple seemed interested in the error for a while, but I haven't heard anything back from them in a long time about it. I'm guessing a complete reinstall of the OS will fix the problem, but I haven't resorted to that yet.
