This was wonderful article. I hope I get to see more such deeds happening. Kudos to O'Reilly for taking the effort. I wonder what happens to used books which end up not being bought or end up in asome garage. If one could coordinate efforts to gather these and donate, I am sure there will be lot more books available to send. Of course, unforunately it seems the shipping and duty fees are prohibitive. I hope respective nations do realize the effect on prospective donations if these fees could be reduced. |
