each time I had to type in a reply (rather than click a box) -- I instinctivly hit ENTER -- which submitted my survey -- I could not go back without starting the survey over -- so after answering the first 10 question twice I gave up -- maybe its this new Safari Browser or something but frankly I can't believe they don't have a data validation routine in there to let you know that you didn't finish the survey -- if those guys only visited Oriley BEFORE they programmed that survey form ... I hope you did not pay them for conducting the survey -- its poor technology makes you guys look bad (IMO)

    When I entered the survey and submitted it, I was reminded that I had not responded to a question... It worked for me.
