I can't thank you enough for this article. I have the exact setup you discussed, including having an Earthlink email address. When I purchased my Treo in December, I was able to obtain email using Earthlink's WebMail site. Then, unfortunately Earthlink changed it and I could no longer access the site. I tried Eudora email, but couldn't get that to work either. ElectricPocket's Mailer worked perfectly the first time.
I adore my Treo. It's replaced my previous cellphone, Palm V and Blackberry. It was a little strange getting used to using the keyboard instead of Graffiti. I hope you're right, that someone might be working on a great fold up keyboard.
The only other thing I'd like, is software that kept the large telephone keys on the screen so that I could use them to enter phone numbers and passwords, instead of having to use the tiny keyboard keys, when accessing things like external voicemail.
Thanks again David... you made my day!

A search for RecoEcho on http://www.handango.com (or clicking on the link in the article) will allow you to download the free utility mentioned in the article. It works great; I use it on my Treo all the time.

To get the large telephone keys, try pressing the phone button (in the lower left hand corner) to toggle modes until the large buttons come up. This works even while you're on the line.
