I just bought David's book Dreamweaver MX The Missing Manual with the idea that I could enable PHP, mySQL and Apache from my Mac running 10.2.4 but the book pretty much doesn't go there, it shows how to set up a server on Windows. This article is helpful but still doesn't get me going, unfortunately.
