Tabbing would be nice, but what I am missing even more is "open in background", like in OmniWeb. Apart from that, Safari is a very cool browser!

    Open in background works with Shift-Command click. The status bar even says so (will open link in bgd window) when hovering over a link with the Shift-Command combo pressed down.
