I have nothing but sympathy for Joel, whose only fault was to work for a stupid institution. I am a lecturer here in India in one of the biggest universities and we have a dedicated connection to the net. So often the students and the faculties use it to download software over a couple of dayz. I fail to see what all this fuss is about
