I don't mind the Binary GPL restriction. I think that's a great idea. If you want to play with Linux you have to go with GPL. Otherwise everything will get scrambled by lawers and licenses. As for the xconfig: WTF? Qt? What if you don't have a large graphics environment or don't want a big fat hoggy graphics monster on your system? I don't use much with Qt because I don't like it's performance. Personally, I think this is worse than the Binaries. |
