The main problem is using copywrited products with non-copywrited products. They may not work well together, forcing comsumers to abandon paid for software so they can function at all. This is nothing short of armed robbery writ large. I'm sure a few of the software giants are rubbing their hands at the prospect of making old products useless and guarenting sales to comply with this stupid law.
